Welcome to COLONY COURT!  Colony Court is an independent, family owned, assisted and independent living facility for seniors located in beautiful Waseca, MN.  Colony Court has been proudly serving the people of Waseca, Waterville, New Richland, Janesville, Waldorf, and others since opening its' doors in February 1991.

Colony Court's mission is to provide the preferred senior living option in the Waseca area for those people who need assistance with daily living but do not need the higher skilled care of a nursing home, hospital, or other such facility. We will provide this assistance in a home like atmosphere, that promotes individual independence in a caring Christian environment.

Beyond providing wonderful apartments and excellent home-style cooking Colony Court goes even further by providing an environment that constantly has visible friendly staff and truly is "A community all it's own, where residents are proud to call it home."  The friendly home-like community is something that you can't see in pictures or write down in numbers.  It is something our residents and families say "I felt this was home the moment I walked through the door."  You will notice the smell of home cooking filling the building.  You will see residents stopping by their friend's apartment to have a visit or gather with others on their way to an activity or a meal.  You will see how the employees and residents interact with a comfort, camaraderie, and jovial manner that tells you that Colony Court cares and this is not just a place, this is a family.  We know you will enjoy becoming part of our family!

Colony Court has expanded its services for those needing respite care and also offers a guest room for friends and family at an exceptional value.
